There are many different coloured Taxi’s in and around Thailand, more so in Bangkok.But just look for the Taxi Meter sign on the top. Always check before you set off on your journey, to see if the taxi driver resets the meter to 35 Baht. I have known some not reset and so you end up paying again for the last fare on top of your fare. If you decided to  tip  usually 10 or 20 Baht is sufficient.
